The POSH was founded in 2017, by Dr. Veerappan Veeriah, Director and Founder of THE POSH (PONDY ORTHO SPECIALITY HOSPITAL) is a renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon having specialized expertise in complicated Trauma, Spine & Joint Replacement Surgery.

Our main focus is to provide exclusive service in the sub-specialties of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, Joint Replacement Surgery, Paediatric Orthopaedics, Spine & Joint Surgery, Deformity Correction, Pain management and also allied specialty like neurosurgery, Plastic surgery, General Medicine, general Surgery, Vascular surgery etc.

Today, The POSH successfully carries out many Spine and Joint surgeries every day. We have skilled fellowship trained, and committed orthopaedic surgeons on board to deliver quality care to all our patients. Orthopaedic surgeons are confined to the above-mentioned sub-specialties to give focused care. Our doctors confine themselves to one or two sub-specialties.

Here I'm proudly representing the posh hospital which is established with the motive of providing best health care to the society. started as the pondy ortho clinic with single consultation room in 2004 , we have now expanded into one of the leading multispeciality hospital in puducherry. Now, we have launched our new Ortho Hosptial in Nandhanam, Chennai. We bring the tradition and experience of two and a half decades in delivering affordable healthcare services in a patient-friendly environment, with a strong belief in ethical and transparent medical practices. I believe that steady good health is very necessary for any person’s happiness and prosperities. hereby sharing my visions and missions of the hospital.
